Train the trainer

We have a global reputation as a Trainer of Trainers and we annually pass on our skills to trainers working in the US, Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

We run Train the Trainer programmes in various formats:

We have a one day, ‘speed programme’ which will give anyone who has to run short training sessions the basic knowledge and confidence to get up and do it.

For people who work as trainers within organisations we run longer programmes on using participation and in how to facilitate.  We use a mixture of psychology and learning theory to show how to make training sessions interesting and effective.

In all cases, our philosophy is that training needs to be focused, participative and totally enjoyable. We show trainers how to do this. 

I really enjoyed the course….  The personal objectives we set for ourselves to achieve in the 5 week break were challenging but self rewarding.  Above all, the course showed me how to cope and to deal with people of all types.
