Designing a new programme from scratch to suit a specific business need

Typically full Design Projects follow a three step process…

  1. Clarifying what training is needed and what the objectives of that training must be
  2. Designing the training
  3. Training your trainers on how to deliver the training themselves

1. Clarifying what training is needed

We will talk to those key people who have a vested interest in your programme becoming a rip roaring success and then set to work with designing a programme that delivers what you need.  We will collaborate as closely as possible with you to make sure our design fits your culture and company values.

2. Designing the training is likely to include producing most of the following:

Pre Workshop Packs which explain the business case for the training and which can be used by you to brief participants on the programme they will attend

  • Trainer Notes (Leader Guide)
  • Participant Notes
  • Training Materials: exercises, games, aides mémoires
  • Evaluation Tools
  • Tips on how to market the course

What is unique about Pineapple Designs?

A lot of our courses will start before participants reach the training room with some relevant and interesting pre-work, then the course itself, then some follow up workplace activity and finally one or more follow up sessions.

3. Training your trainers on how to deliver the training themselves

Training of Trainers is one of our speciality areas of expertise.  We have two approaches generally.

We can walk your trainers through the programme, pointing out the really important things to say and do to keep the power of the programme at it maximum.

We can run a pilot type programme with your trainers so they get the whole experience for real.  We then run a full review and tweak our design according to your feedback.  We then hand the programme over for you to run yourselves
