Our philosophy is that it is the job of every manager to manage and develop the talent of each individual in their team. Mostly this means nurturing talent but sometimes this means questioning someone’s performance or commitment.
The power of our management programmes is that we spend a small amount of time looking at relevant management theories and lots of time working on live case studies and using role play to find the words to say and the way to say things. The success of these programmes is legendary.
