Being an Effective HR or Training Business Partner

Many organisations are moving toward the Business Partner Model for HR and Training and in response to our client’s needs we have developed a two day programme to help Training and HR professionals work as internal consultants with their client groups. The improvement in individual personal effectiveness from attending these programmes is staggering.

I really enjoyed the course….  The personal objectives we set for ourselves to achieve in the 5 week break were challenging but self rewarding.  Above all, the course showed me how to cope and to deal with people of all types.
